Saint Vincent's Day

Vincent Price played The Saint on radio and it's Women's History Month,
so it's the perfect day to share this new ebook I bought here:

I loved it, especially his review of my favorite movie Hush, Hush, Sweet Charlotte.
It's both funny and complimentary, like many of his stories about the famous ladies.
I adore most of the actresses in the book, like Joan Crawford and Bette Davis.

But a few were new to me, like Barbara O'Neil, who was Vincent's first girlfriend.
I need to see them in Tower of London (1939) and compare it to his 1962 version.

One of Vincent's non-actress friends in the book is Mrs. Jack Warner.
He mentioned a portrait Salvador Dali painted of her, so I found it:

Vincent also commissioned a painting by Dali, which I posted here.
A photo of Vincent's third wife, actress Coral Browne, is there too.
The book ends with a lovely letter he wrote for her memorial service.
